Refund policy.
Draft Protocol stands behind the quality of its products. We offer a 30-day implementation guarantee because we believe the system works when you work the system. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are available.
1. The 30-Day Implementation Guarantee
1.1. If you purchase a Draft Protocol product, genuinely implement it as documented, and the output does not meet the quality standards described in the product documentation, you are entitled to a full refund within thirty (30) days of your purchase date.
1.2. This is not a "no questions asked" refund policy. It is an implementation guarantee — it protects you against the product failing to deliver on its documented capabilities when used as instructed.
1.3. The 30-day period begins on the date of purchase (the date your payment is processed by Stripe), not the date you first access or download the materials.
2. What Qualifies for a Refund
To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate a genuine implementation attempt that meets the minimum threshold for your product tier:
2.1. Content Blueprint ($497)
- You have applied the quality gates to at least ten (10) pieces of content.
- The output consistently fails to pass the documented quality gates despite following the methodology as described.
- You can provide the content pieces as evidence of your implementation attempt.
2.2. Full Agentic System ($2,997)
- You have deployed the system to a working environment.
- You have run at least five (5) commands or pipeline executions.
- The output consistently does not pass the documented quality gates despite following the deployment and configuration guides.
- You can provide logs, output samples, or screenshots as evidence of your implementation attempt and the quality failures.
3. What Does Not Qualify for a Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- No implementation attempt. You purchased the product but did not open, read, or attempt to use the materials.
- No evidence provided. You claim the product did not work but cannot provide any evidence of implementation (content samples, logs, screenshots, or other artifacts).
- Expectations of specific engagement metrics. The guarantee covers output quality against documented gates, not external outcomes such as follower growth, engagement rates, impressions, revenue, or any other platform-dependent metric.
- Failure to follow documentation. The system was not implemented as documented (e.g., skipping required configuration steps, not setting up required third-party services, using incompatible environments).
- Third-party service issues. Problems caused by third-party services (Claude API outages, hosting provider issues, social media platform changes) that are outside of Draft Protocol's control.
- Request after 30 days. The refund request is submitted more than thirty (30) days after the date of purchase.
- Violation of Terms of Service. You have violated the Terms of Service, including but not limited to redistributing or reselling the materials.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of purchase. Send a direct message to @iamgalba on X with the subject "Refund Request."
- Include your implementation evidence. Attach or link to the relevant evidence for your tier:
- Blueprint: at least 10 content pieces that went through the gates.
- System: deployment confirmation, at least 5 command/pipeline outputs, and evidence of quality gate failures.
- Include your purchase email. Provide the email address used at checkout so we can locate your transaction.
5. Refund Processing
5.1. Upon receiving your refund request, we will review your implementation evidence. We may ask follow-up questions or request additional evidence if needed.
5.2. Approved refunds will be processed within forty-eight (48) hours of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
5.3. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5.4. Upon refund, your license to use the purchased materials is immediately revoked. You must delete all copies of the materials in your possession, including any deployed instances of the system.
6. Disputes
If your refund request is denied and you believe the denial was in error, you may follow the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms of Service. We encourage direct communication before initiating any formal dispute proceedings.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your refund eligibility.
