Refund policy.

Draft Protocol products are digital materials delivered in full, immediately after purchase. Because you receive complete access to everything at checkout, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. This page explains what that means and how to make a confident decision before you buy.

1. All Sales Are Final

1.1. When you purchase the Content Blueprint or the Full Agentic System, the full product — curriculum, templates, bonuses, and (for System buyers) the private repository — is available to you within minutes. Digital goods of this kind cannot be returned, so purchases are not refundable.

1.2. This applies from the moment your payment is processed by Stripe, regardless of whether you have accessed or downloaded the materials.

2. Decide Before You Buy

We would rather you buy once, confidently, than buy and regret it. Before purchasing:

  • Read the free 10-Gate Framework — it is the same methodology the paid product implements, and the best preview of whether this approach fits you.
  • Browse the free swipe vault to see real, gate-scored pipeline output.
  • If you are unsure which tier fits — or whether the product fits at all — message @iamgalba on X and ask. Honest answers, including "this is not for you," cost nothing.

3. If Something Is Wrong

No refunds does not mean no support. We will always make right what is on our side:

  • Access problems. If you paid and did not receive access (no email, broken magic link, missing repository invite), contact us and we will fix it promptly.
  • Implementation questions. If you are stuck following the documentation, reach out — we answer.
  • Defective materials. If something in the product is broken as shipped, we will repair it and ship the fix to all buyers as an update.

4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

Genuine payment errors — duplicate charges, an accidental double-purchase of the same tier — are not sales and will be corrected. Contact us with the email address used at checkout and we will reverse the erroneous charge via Stripe.

5. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback — payment errors are resolved fastest through direct communication. Formal disputes follow the process outlined in our Terms of Service.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your purchase.
